R-Lipoic Acid has the ability to potentially scavenge free radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS) and recycles vitamins E, C, CoQ10, and glutathione, which is an important antioxidant in its own right. Through these actions, R-Lipoic Acid works to keep cells healthy.
